Meet Joe

Comfortably retired from the corporate world, Joe Alvarez found that something was missing from his new daily routine: people. He missed the conversations and problem-solving that he did so often throughout his career of providing technical support to clients in the gas, oil, and metal industries.

 

With his experience and a knack for customer support, Joe found his post-retirement calling as a real estate professional. His bachelor’s degree in computer science and management and his 35-year career in tech support have defined his core values of organization, structure, dependability, and attention to detail. After 10 years in real estate, he’s still driven by a desire to assist people, especially first-time buyers and Spanish-speaking clientele. He enjoys bringing clients through the entire process, from preapproval to handing over the keys to their first home.

 

Joe’s success has dubbed him a Platinum Agent, a premium designation that provides him with accelerated response times and additional marketing and promotional support. The extra assistance is welcome as Joe works hard to exceed the expectations of a seller hoping for the best return on investment.

 

In his time off, you’ll find Joe relaxing around his home — gardening and landscaping! He also gets out to the golf course and travels throughout Texas. Best of all, he adores spending time with his grandchildren.
